Welcome to the QC Partners Circle — the affiliate program of Quiet Collab Solutions Limited (QCS-Limited).

This program is variously referred to as the QC Partners Circle, Quiet Collab Affiliate Program, QC Partner Network, or QC Partner Circle.

By joining, you agree to abide by the following guidelines.

Please respect our brand identity. Our key trademarks and product names include:

Quiet Collab & QC Events

Quiet Collab TV & Quiet Collab Notes

QC Learn, QC Blog, QC Lead Gen, QC Publications

Do not use these names in any paid advertising or unauthorized creative.

Paid Advertising

You may run paid ads (Google Ads, Facebook Boost, etc.) using generic terms only—e.g. “virtual event support,” “online workshop help.”

Do not include our trademarks or product names in any ad headline, text, image, or URL.

Why it matters: Preserves brand clarity and avoids customer confusion.

In practice:

- Target non-branded keywords.

- If you use our logo, only use the exact files we provide.

- Disallowed: any paid ad mentioning “Quiet Collab,” “QC Events,” “QC Learn,” etc.

Direct Outreach & Prospecting

You’re free to reach out one-on-one—via email, DMs, social posts, or messaging groups—to share your affiliate link.

Be respectful, transparent, and follow platform and legal rules.

Why it matters: Thoughtful outreach builds trust; spam damages reputations.

In practice:

- Contact only those likely interested in event support or our services.

- Clearly introduce yourself as an affiliate and include your link.

- Do not buy or scrape email lists or send bulk, unsolicited messages.

- Comply with platform terms (Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp) and anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Cookie Tracking & Attribution

We store a “cookie” in a visitor’s browser for 30 days—if they purchase within that window, you earn the commission.

Why it matters: Ensures you receive credit even if someone returns days later—unless they click another affiliate link first.

In practice:

- “Cookie” = small file linking a buyer back to you.

- 30-day tracking window.

- Last-click wins: the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently before purchase gets paid.

Eligibility

Open to anyone 18 years+ with at least one active online presence (website, blog, social-media profile, messaging group, or similar).

Why it matters: We partner with people already connecting with audiences online—however large or small.

In practice:

- On application, share any URL or handle you use—personal Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, blog, WhatsApp/Telegram group, or website.

- We’ll verify it exists and is viewable in some form before approval.

- No formal business site required—just a place you can share your affiliate link.

Commission & Payout

All affiliates earn 15%–20% commission per sale, based on product price:

- 20% on qualifying items under $100

- 15% on items $100 or more

Commissions are held for 30 days (to cover returns) and paid on the 5th of each month.

Why it matters: Rewards you fairly across our catalog and ensures accurate payouts.

In practice:

- Your exact rate (15% or 20%) depends on the item purchased.

- We tally commissions at month’s end.

- Payments go out on the 5th of the following month, after the 30-day hold.

- You’ll receive an email statement on the 1st showing your earnings.

Disclosure (Required)

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any content promoting Quiet Collab.

Why it matters: Transparency builds trust—and meets legal requirements in many regions.

In practice:

- Add “(affiliate link)” next to every link or at the bottom of your post.

- In emails or DMs, include “I may earn a commission if you purchase via this link.”

Reporting & Analytics

Monitor clicks, conversions, and commissions in real time via your Affiliate Dashboard.

Why it matters: Data empowers you to optimize promotions and maximize earnings.

In practice:

- Log in at https://partners.quietcollab.com/affiliate/ with your registered email.

- View daily stats on the Dashboard.

- Download PDF commission reports under “Payouts.”

2. QC Partners Circle – Callers Program Policy

Welcome to the QC Partners Circle — the callers program of Quiet Collab Solutions Limited (QCS-Limited).

This program is variously referred to as the QC Partners Circle, QC Callers Program, QC Partner Network, or QC Partner Circle.

By joining, you agree to abide by the following guidelines.

Note: Callers are not required to include commission disclosures in their outreach, as their role is based on QCSL-approved direct contact rather than public promotions.

All other guidelines remain the same as in the Affiliate Program Policy, except for the “Disclosure” section which is replaced by this note.
